Wine description
Appearance: purple-edgeddeep ruby Bouquet: full, rich, fruity and spicy, with scents of fresh-mown hay. Palate: generous and well structured, velvet-smooth, with mellow tannins well integrated with the acidity; the lengthy finish shows excellent fruit and spice as well.

Full-flavoured first courses, grills and stews, roasts of beef, pork, lamb, and kid, as well as medium-aged cheeses.
